State Laws

With there being 50 states in the United States of America, each state has it's own laws on immigration and undocumented workers. We thought it would be a good idea to research each state to see what kind of laws and rules they have in place when it comes to undocumented workers.

Below are each of the 50 states. Click on each state and it will take you to links of different articles and websites that explain what each state has implemented for their laws for undocumented workers.

After researching each of the 50 states, it seems that a lot of states are trying to follow Arizona's immigration laws. It will be interesting to see what happens to each of these laws when the 2012 elections are over and what the president decideds to do about the issues.
